Mediation and Arbitration Rates

Flexible hourly rates based on the number of parties involved, allowing you to choose the structure that fits your case.

Two-Party Mediations

$250 per party / per hour

Standard rate for mediations involving two parties. Ideal for straightforward disputes with clear opposing sides.

Three-Party Mediations

$175 per party / per hour

Reduced rate for mediations with three parties, providing cost efficiency for multi-party disputes.

Four or More Parties

$150 per party / per hour

Most economical rate for complex cases involving four or more parties.

Arbitration

Non-Binding Arbitrations

$300 per party / per hour

Specialized rate for non-binding arbitration proceedings requiring additional preparation and decision-making.

Parties represented by the same counsel are billed as a single party.

Session Minimums

  • All time is billed in half-hour increments
  • Three-hour minimum for half-day sessions
  • Six-hour minimum for full-day sessions

Cancellation Policy

  • Half-day mediation canceled within 5 days: minimum two-hour fee
  • Full-day mediation canceled within 5 days: minimum four-hour fee

All charges are split equally among the parties through their attorneys, unless otherwise agreed.
